Bitoin Wednesday was once again a success.

Great speakers, good atmosphere.

For instance, it's good to meet people like Ricardo Spagni, who talked in depth about Monero. Great speaker, interesting and important topic.

Roberto and Tobias had good presentations and got good questions and reactions. Thanks for travelling out here and sharing, guys!

To top it off, we were picked up by trendwatcher Vincent Everts, who made a segment about Nxt for his 14,000 people wide Twitter audience!
https://youtu.be/7UltaENdSKk

Once again, we met many people and opened up new possibilities. They take time, but we are sure they are going to pay off.  :)

Nxt dead? Let them think it. What is dead may never die! ;)

Also attended the meetup yesterday. Very informative and lot's of good vibes.
Dave, good interview, when someone tells you privacy tell them shuffling, and when you talk about encrypted messages say that in NXT you can also share them with a third party using a shared key. This is already in the core, in the next release we'll also have UI for this and I don't think other blockchains has this function.

Sorry, I'm going to out-nerd you here... that's a Lovecraft quote spinoff, "That is not dead which can eternal lie, and with strange aeons even death may die".

GRR Martin is anyways a masterful recycler.

Been a while, but a lot of course was happening.

I spoke at a few conferences:

http://blockchainamsterdam.com/ 9th of June
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=udUQEwV8krs Blockchain and the City (conference for IT and Government in Amsterdam City Hall)

And on Youtube
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WfNSWu7_AqU Ardor For Investors #2 - Investor Q&A About NXT 2.0 & Ardor w/Bas Wisselink Of NXT Foundation 1682 views
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNVYV5pHyZg NXT Crypto For Investors #27 - Is The NXT Community A Breeding Ground For Crypto Talent? 902 views
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dzt59pkBYnU Episode 01: NXT Foundation and the Ardor Platform 1019 views

Of course we also put together a marketing team for the promotion of Ardor, Travin Keith (marenkar) and Mitchell Loureiro (2nbreakfast on Slack) who have done a lot for making sure Ardor got off to a solid start!

They, together with John McLeod, made sure we had a lot of good articles, like:

Forbes: "DIY Blockchain? NXT Announces Customizable Ardor Platform"

NXT/Ardor Platform to Make Blockchain Cheaper and Safer
https://cointelegraph.com/news/nxtardor-platform-to-make-blockchain-cheaper-and-safer

And of course, we finally finalised the joining of the Foundation with the Linux Foundation

Behind the scenes, EvilDave is doing a LOT of work to make sure Nxt is sustainable. We are reaching out to many potential sources of funding, but these take time. We can thank Dave for his work on this, as he is the person who is doing most of the legwork for this. We cannot give any news on this yet, but suffice to say it's taking a lot of time and effort to create and submit the proper paperwork.

We are also coordinating, with the people involved in marketing, the creation of documentation and FAQs. While this may be slower than we'd like, we are working on all of this. As always, we are understaffed and mostly need people who can do hands on work. There is never a shortage of ideas, but always a shortage of hands. If you want to and can help, reach out to us.

Currently we are winding down to a few weeks of holidays, although we are also going to work on the work to come, which included more marketing, more docs, new sites, new initiatives and more outreach. We are especially interested in getting in contact with potential partners for pegged currencies on child chains. If you have ideas about that, let us know.

Of course, the biggest compliment to us is that we actually managed to pull Nxt back to where it should be at the very least. We still think more is achievable, so we'll be working hard to achieve that.

The last two months were so busy, I probably forgot quite a lot to put in that we did. Suffice to say: we're enjoying our work, and we hope you do, too :)

Great work! Keep it up!

To be honest, I think Nxt place should at least be number 2 (Marketcap wise)  :D.

Long time, no update, but I have some again.

The Nxt Foundation, as some people may have missed now has 5 members again. Here's a list of the current members:

Dave Pearce - Bizdev, project management, funds acquisition
Travin Keith - Marketing
Alexandre Eich-Gozzi - Bizdev and project acquisition
Dirk Reuters - Technical and development contact
Bas Wisselink - Bizdev, project management and education/outreach

These tasks are not comprehensive, but give you an idea of what we are concentrating on.

My activities during the last period have been writing and developing teaching programs as well as a lot of networking.

I've been published in good magazines like Revue Banque et Stratégie (thanks to Alexandre!): http://www.revue-banque.fr/management-fonctions-supports/article/gouvernance-des-blockchains-perspective-nxt

Yesterday I have done a workshop for the Dutch Rijkswaterstaat (in charge of traffic and infrastructure): http://www.rijkswaterstaat.nl/english/index.aspx

I am also now part of a workgroup by the City of Amsterdam to assess the use of blockchain tech in civic projects.

We're also continuing to develop more projects and opportunities.

We would like to ask anyone who has development skills and the wish to work on projects to contact us!

We need people who we can attach to projects and these projects pay! We cannot do that if we do not know you. Contact us, so we know you are willing and available so we can discuss the opportunities.

I hope to be able to give more updates again soon :)
