TimeSinceLastBlock
November 24, 2017, 01:28:09 pm

Hi there!
I'm a researcher on cryptocurrencies, and there is info about NXT that I was unable to find anywhere.
I've seen everywhere (Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V like) the affirmation:

TimeSinceLastBlock
How long, in seconds, since the last block has been generated.

Now, my point is: should this be understood as meaning that the target is hit just once a second, in the sense that NXT's 'hashrate' would be 1Hz instead of a number of the order of THz for the other currencies? If not, please point me to some reference where I can find this number.

Thanks
