I do not understand that... Why are the nxt displayed only there...
find that too complicated... when mmnxt it comes directly on the wallet...

Your dividend directly went into your account. It just didn't show as a regular transaction.

I paid the dividends using the native system in Nxt, and while it transfer the amount, it doesn't show an incoming transaction.

I learned my lesson, I will use another system next time...

I apologize for the inconvenience, but I promise everyone has been paid correctly.

Yeah, I waffled on this with LIQUID, but in the end I decided the extra few dollars in tx fees was worth avoiding the confusion.

And this shows that fees are actually low by western standards. Asset issuers are willing to pay a few hundred times more, and spam the blockchain by including the same message to hundreds of users.

I think the issue is more about confuse shareholders than fee or asset isuer. They do that because this is less costly or cumbersome than to manage unacquainted Nxt user.

I know why they do it, but they have a choice, and the fee is less important than those other factors. Therefore, the fee (even multiplied a few hundred times) is not prohibitively high.

Concatenated arbitrary messages full of verbose JSON are another example of the fee not being a consideration. If it were, we would be seeing messages in binary, compressed, or at least minified json. Yet there is plenty of very verbose JSON in those, taking multiple messages instead of one, because it is more convenient for the programmers, and the fee is too low to make them worry about it. And they don't care about blockchain size either, or they would have tried to reduce message size even when it takes a single message only. To make them care, we will increase the fees for permanent messages.

To propose an idea here (sorry a bit out of topic).
Would be nice then if there were, in the GUI, a text to binary checkbox (with lower fee if size lower) while sending message. GUi could detect binary format and auto convert to text for reading.

What about making prunnable messages stay at least for a year? It will make the database only slighter bigger and will be almost as usable as permanent messages.

NRS already gzip messages before sending and it makes them essentially binary.

ScripterRon is working on a feature that will allow any node that wants to do it to act as backup service provider, i.e. be set to store prunable messages and data indefinitely, and advertise that it provides this service. Peers that are configured to store prunable messages longer than the two weeks minimum, will automatically look up and connect to such nodes when downloading block data, and this way be guaranteed to be able to receive the already expired (on other nodes) prunable data.

Since providing this service will be voluntary and not needed for the blockchain consensus, those who want to rely on having such backup/archival service nodes always available should think of a way to reward those who run them.

This is only for encrypted messages, and since 1.5 the compression is optional (probably still on by default though).

Service provider infrastructure does not exist yet. And prunnable messages are already here. Please consider my proposal again. Many project will be hurt much less with 1 year prunnable messages.

Hello! We have a dividend to be paid with data as per a week ago circa.

I am going crazy to find a system to process the dividend properly, I will end up to do it manually.

For this reason dividend will be paid only to asset holders with 100 assets or more...

As soon as I manage to process it I will post an update here.

Use core dividends payment, 1.6.0e already have account ledger where dividends receivers can check paid dividends.

Well, not everyone is using the 1.6 yet. so most people will not see the payment dividend and complain :(

Just use the Supernet wallet and go to "Supernet" -> "Dividends+Voting". It's super simple.
