What legal issues? We don't do anything illegal and don't plan to. Crypto is in the gray zone, but it's not illegal. As with any innovation laws lag behind.
BVI company registration is a rather standard thing to do, but we're thinking about some other legal structure to implement soon.
coinomat, how do you prevent legal issues? I see you have registered the company on British Virgin Islands. Is it expensive and hard to do that?
Its just that what you are doing is something most all crypto businesses have had a very hard time doing. No idea how you've got a bank on board with all of what you're doing.
what are we doing then? You sound like we're doing some incredible silkroad-like stuff
Offering coinUSD to be anonymous traded on an open unregulated market? Allowing people to fund credit cards completely anonymously? Selling unlicensed securities?
Really not trying to be an ass but there are numerous examples in history where companies have gotten shut down for far less then any of this stuff. Most bitcoin companies can't even get bank accounts at all. To get a bank in on all these anonymous transactions is something that has me very surprised in this environment. Is it really so confusing to you why people would question this?
Anonymous credit cards? What are you talking about? We don't have that.
Please what is wrong with CoinoUSD? This is a token, which can be exchanged for another token.
If by unlicensed securities you mean NXT AE, I consider NXT AE to be a crowdfunding platform like kickstarter. The only difference is the ability to make an exit which kickstarter doesn't provide.
I'm working on starting a legal fund based on NXT AE, check Swarm to see a legal project made on Counterparty platform.
I fear you perceive us in a wrong way, I wrote extensively about crypto securities (check this for example
http://blog.coinomat.com/bitcoin-stocks-here-to-stay-2/), I care a lot about compliance and don't want to neglect the law.
