Coinomat to coinomat1 conversion. Did I mis anything? What happened? Does it mean the coinomat asset now/soon will have no value to the hodlers? Luckily I came across this post.
nothing like that. even though they have identical value, having both freely trading is a bit confusing to some people. I think its cool to let some people make arbitrage profits, but to make it less confusing, I just offered to swap any coinomat with coinomat1

since I am long term HODL, this effectively takes the confusion off the market
however I have no time to be doing asset swaps, so that is where it stands
a way to solve the confusion, but maybe if people just know they are exactly the same, there is no problem?

No way :) They are absolutely identical. You can't deposit coinomat at poloniex at the moment, but we'll do something regarding this too.

coinomat,

any plans to accept nxttycoin directly on coinomat, so there would be nxttycoion > USD ?

That would bush both coinomat and nxttycoin assets ;-)

We haven't talked to them yet, but it might be possible yes. I have to think about implications etc.

Hello Coinomat,

iam frustrated at this point right now,   i ve tried now sinCE  4 weeks!!!  to have contact with you to change my old cryptostocks coinomat shares into NXT coinomat shares, and nothing happend!,   once you asked for my cryptostocks name and my NXT wallet and i ve responsed you  2 more times, this is also one week behind.  Are you serious?  >:(

It seems a littlebit that you dont take no more care about your old cryptostocks investors.

I need support now,  its realy a shame to let me alone with my issue,   ive owned  40 cryptostocks coinomat assets. How many AE shares is that after a transaction?

I'm really sorry, will be fixed by the next dividend payment with bonus. It's just we made several announcements when we swapped the shares, where have you been? :) Apologies in any case.

Sure, I've sent you 1500 shares, with a bonus.
Naturally it's not 1:1, based on the price of cryptostocks share (0.005 BTC) and Coinomat1 IPO (2NXT)

You are a poor trader if think that was the best. I purchased privatebet at 10 NXT back when no one cared for it and still hold them. Assets are not your typical bump and dump crypto coin that dies off after a month once the profits have been raped from it. Assets that pay out dividends are long term holds because your investment could be payed off in under a few months, or it could take a year, after which it is pure profit rolling in. Sure you can sell it now and take your profits, but I've never seen a good asset get sold off back to it starting price. Unless the asset issuer does something stupid like add extra assets without warning, looking at you evolve, then most hold their value well.

Besides, selling coinomat without knowing what the weekly dividend is going to be before the release of supernet doesn't seem like a good idea. What if their business increases exponentially? People will be coming to you asking "you have any more of dem assets at 6 NXT" because good luck at even buying them at double that rate. Your investment could have been paid off in a short amount of time allowing you to reinvest your dividend into another asset. Do this enough and the dividends alone will pretty much be like a paycheck.

My advice is if you purchased as high as 10 NXT is to hold and see what happens after supernet. Any purchases over 10 NXT and you have great confidence in knowing this asset will be worth much more.

You are right, we have implemented probably 10% of what we plan. We're still in start-up phase.

i'm getting my head around dividend rate. let's say I own 1,000 coinomat. If there are 100 BTC in transactions for one week, then asset holders receive 1.5 BTC. This is 0.000005 BTC per asset. At the current market price of ~0.00007319 BTC/NXT, this turns into .0683 NXT per asset. am I right?

Yes, seems correct. The calculation is already in NXT here http://coinomat.com/globalstat.php

Weekly dividend payment has been processed.
We're launching Coinomat API this week! There can be multiple usages for it, we plan to have some bounty pr contest for creating plug-ins, especially interesting is merchant plugin creation. This will be a good addition for the future SuperNet offer for participating coins, we hope.
