Finding it a bit difficult to calculate what number of NXT coinomat assets equates to x% of the 1.5% dividend you pay.  Could you please provide a formula?

Yes it's a bit cumbersome now.

We take our total IPO to be 500 BTC. Then we use current exchange rate of NXT to calculate the share of the IPO on the NXT platform in the total IPO. Then you take our profit which is 1.5% of the transaction volume which can be seen here https://coinomat.com/globalstat.php, and calculate the amount to be paid to NXT asset holders.

On Tuesday we plan the launch of NXT exchanges in our platform. After that we will probably have additional shares issue, and we will make some more transparent stats for dividend payments to be available at our website.

Considering the monthly volume is still around 600 BTC, 9 BTC will be paid every month to the shareholders.
The initial 1 Asset=1NXT was when the price of 10000 NXT made 1 BTC.

So the number as of now is:  1 Share = (1 / 5000000) * 9BTC  = 0.0000018 BTC as monthly payment.
i.e around 0.025 NXT monthly per share, is that the correct math?

Yes, more or less. Our dividend payments were around 3000 NXT weekly per 1000000 NXT total IPO volume, this is also an indicator.
And the volume is growing, launching NXT integration next week and there are other things.

Thanks.

And considering you might issue some more assets on the AE, what would the price be? will you use a fixed price equivalent of 1NXT value at the initial IPO or you will set a price according to the current market price which is 2Nxt as of now.

It is fixed but only the shares on AE got sold. There are still hundreds of bitcoins left to sell for the total IPO to be completed.

Inititally we planned total 500 BTC IPO on multiple exchanges. But, as matter of fact, only NXT asset exchange is fully functional at the moment. So we plan to concentrate on it for now and have the full IPO here.
Thanks.

I hope you are aware of the fact, that you weaken the existing shares of coinomat and therefore its holders. How do you plan to make the 2nd round of the IPO? Like a capital increase known from the "real life" stock markets? You need to give the existing investors the chance to keep their percentage of coinomat they already have - already thought about that?

Please leave some information about this topic in this thread. I maybe need to think about my investment if you just issue more stocks without having a look at the existing ones  respectively its holders.

Looking forward to your answer!

Yeah, there is a reason why IPO is called Initial Public Offering.

It's not a capital increase.

The IPO consisted of few parts, all iniated around the same time. The other parts failed so they will be issuing them here. It's not new shares; its just the shares which were on another platform.

The,current stockholders will feel no change at all.

How not ? if the dividends will be divided between more shareholders ( more shares issued ) ?
dont forget that the "other" part of the shares was not sold to shareholders and the dividends was not paied there.

good luck anyway

You forget that no matter how many shares on AE got sold, your dividend is,calculated by the ratio of your share to the total 500 bitcoins.

Even if only 1 share got sold on the AE, your dividend would be the same regardless how many share got sold.

No, this is NOT a dilution of shares or whatever. The dividend  is calculated using 500 BTC total IPO volume already. So the dividend payment won't change, as a matter of fact it should only grow.

Alright - wasn't aware of that. I thought it has been calculated with the actual capital which has been raised so far. For what price will you offer the new shares?

Cheers

Re: [ANN] Coinomat.com

This is the approximate plan for the next developments - this week launch NXT integration in our service, the week after we'll have to start another project which we have been working on since several months (local Vietnamese Bitcoin exchange service), and the week after that we'll be ready to have another AE round. So we have still time to think and actually consider any suggestions you might have.
