Can you explain what this bit means?

It means that LTCGear have a reinvestment plan built into there product.
LTCgear provide and run the hashing power we purchase.
LTCgear increase the purchased hashing power by a factor of 1.35 times every 45 days.

Since there is already a reinvestment plan run by LTCgear, there is no need to have a reinvestment plan for the asset.

If you want to reinvest then you can do so automatically by sending pf a message with your account details and the percentage to reinvest every week. You will then get new assets and a dividend sent to your account.

IMO, the more G Hash LTCgear sell the harder it must be for them to provide the increase. I expect some physical limitation will be met at some point and the factor will start to decrease. When that happens is anyone's guess but there will be a lot of disappointed people when it does. Just be prepared to change strategy when/if it does.

@pf, I sent you a messague to your nxt account and in the forum regarding a possible long term issue at least for future investors if nxt price grows but you didn't answered me, I suppose you are bussy and maybe didn't see the message.
If you mantain the fixed price of 1nxt per share, the early investors, will buy for example 30k shares for 600$, but if nxt price go up, maybe could cost 3000$ to get 30k shares... and if the payment is based in number of shares, the first buyer which bought at low fiat price, will have much more shares... So once the price of nxt goes up, this asset wouldn't make sense for new investors, right?
Am I confusing something?

Will you adjust the price if nxt value grows a considerable amount?

Thus a built in incentive to purchase early. Now even if NXT doubles in price, the ROI at current rates is still quite good and the price is always going up and down, so some sort of dollar cost averaging would spread out this risk.

I have come up with some more ideas on how to make this asset even more attractive, not sure if pf has solved the issues yet, but if he does then it will be quite fantastic.

Dividend this week was 12.6%.  The reason that this week was lower is largely my own fault.  We had about 5 btc left over that had not been invested into LTCgear shares in time (I was up until 0200 last night negotiating pack purchases on IRC with #LTCGEAR channel operators and was only able to secure an additional 13 packs last night).
We also had an additional 80,000 NXT come in at the last minute, which I didn't realize until I had sent out the dividends.  Future weeks will have dividends calculated using 12:00:00 UTC on the prior thursday as the cut off for dividends.
I also commit to having the auto re-investment working for next week, as well as the web portal on Hashrate.org - I didn't want to delay anyone's dividends at all again this week.  This will likely mean that I may send out a few test dividends of 1000 NXT to test the automated process throughout the next 24-48 hours (I will cover the cost of the testing out of pocket).

My sincerest apologies.  In order to prevent similar problems from happening in the future, I've actually been able to talk to Chris w/ LTCgear who has pre-placed some large orders on my account so that in the future all I have to do is pay for the orders and the shares will be credited.  This will prevent having to wait for the items to be in stock in the store.
I will also, as I mentioned, have a firm cutoff of 12:00:00 UTC for dividends in future weeks.  We should also have the multiplier in effect by next week's dividends, which I am sure will take us back up and over the 15% weekly.

Yes - please feel free to manually re-invest.  I didn't want to hold up this week's payouts while I did a couple trial runs of my recent script to calculate dividends and distribute assets.
As I mentioned, in the next 24-48 hours there will be a trial run of the new script to calculate and distribute dividends (and reinvested assets).

If you've sold 1.75 million shares, that's about 105 BTC, which should have bought you at least 6.7 GH/s of qASICs... Why do you only have 6 GH/s?

Also, at the rate you are selling shares, and then selling NXT for BTC on BTER to buy more qASIC shares, you are creating huge sell pressure on NXT and driving prices down... Don't you think maybe you should slow things down a bit?

whale had mistakingly overbought 150k shares, which the asset issuer repurchased back from him on the AE.  He can vouch for this, that is what the inflated volume is from.
And I've offered to take straight BTC for shares, but there were no takers.
There are currently 1,663,140 shares sold, which has brought in about ~93 btc.  I don't know why you're using a fixed price of 0.00006, most the shares have been selling for 0.000057x.

We should also be getting an additional few hundred MH from our affiliate code once this week's payouts go through.

I confirm this happened. I jumped the gun on these shares without reading the thread. pf was kind enough to purchase these from me as he had not ordered the hashing power yet.

pf has made an incredibly competitive asset in the mining category. However, I primarily trade and this is more targeted towards miners.

I don't think that have an incentive to buy early is a very good idea in an asset like this... The idea should be increass the hashrate constantly, but if later investors don't see any benefices they will simply use another asset. Current model could work if we form a group of initial investors and then we are left alone, I mean, only this initial investors will continue buying, so the shares will still be proportional... but for new investors... no point at all I think

Early investors have the benefit of getting more dividends, but anyone can invest at any time and start getting nice weekly dividend payments.  Win/Win situation.
