Important news :

I will be in the hospital for major surgery during the week. Dividends from this week will be sent later.

If anything at all happens doing that I can no longer ensure the dividends distribution, things will be provided for you to collect your money.

But as everything will go well I hope, see you all after my surgery.

Seccour

This is absolutely unacceptable and is one of the reasons KNS does not invest in your company.

You need to have someone else available to send dividends in your absence. There's no failsafe here is there, if you die? There's a risk of death as high as 10 to 30% for most forms of surgery. If this risk is attached to your fund your investors stand to be in for a 30% haircut *now* (well, if this market made any sense).

Do you have any plans at all to add someone to your team to be able to take care of the business when you have to go away like this?

This is an exceptional situation. If anything happens to me, now, during or after the operation that make that I can no longer ensure the continuity of SecFund, instructions have been written and will be giving to someone i trust to sell all SecFund's possessions and buy back all of the assets.

If you can wait a 2-3 days delay or if you don't trust my backup plan in case anything happen to me, just don't buy any of my asset.

I could simply say nothing about this and just post that dividends will be late this week without any explanations, but I prefer to remain transparent. So i say before, if you don't trust me or don't trust my backup plan, just don't invest.

I understand your situation, but it creates a company which isn't worth investing in -- the risk is too great. First off, who is this person who you trust? Do we get to know who they are? This person becomes culpable and if they are anonymous how do we know they won't act on their own behalf? You say you trust them but the issue is we don't necessarily trust you, so your trust in this person is not enough.

I think the real issue here is that you appear unqualified to come up with such a backup plan.

Since you have declined to answer my questions about who this mysterious person is, you are in the same class as other people who have said "trust me".

I won't be suprised when your fund ends up in the same position -- dead and gone -- given time.

Everyone remember funds like ColdHash and pf's garbage and how they turned into shitty, rogue investments? And those people were some of the pillars around here. Isn't it time to count the chickens yet?

Just lol. Even if i give you the name of the person how could you verify ? Ask him ? And if it's a scammer like me ? Anyway there is always a way to scam.

I'm not a scammer, and i can't prove that. And even if i got an excellent reputation there is still some risk. So if you don't trust me, don't invest. That's it.

Bullshit. You should be able to prove you're not a scammer quite easily.

In my case? It's simple, I have paid out more than I've taken in. I have also proven that my business exists by sending demo products to members of this community.

You?

Printshop at it again...

I suggest to concentrate more on your own asset rather than bashing others. Also, where can I see your asset's historic dividends?

How'd selling out KNS work out for you bro?

Listen, unless you want NXT to go the way of the DOGE.

Don't get carried away, just point me to a thread in which I can find all of KNS' dividend payouts.

Dividends send for Week 33 ( 10/01/2015 - 17/01/2016 ) to 136 744 assets spread over 31 accounts :

Total dividends : 186.88528992 NXT (-23%)
Dividends per asset : 0.00136668 NXT (-23%)
Transaction ID : 10398516090948294855

Lower dividends than originally planned because of the MMNXT / EIX fusion.

Dividends send for Week 34 ( 17/01/2015 - 23/01/2016 ) to 138 341 assets spread over 31 accounts :

Total dividends : 274.04937077 NXT (+47%)
Dividends per asset : 0.00198097 NXT (+45%)
Transaction ID : 6377345649838021434

Return to normality thanks to the dividends that come from Forklog. I will try to maintain the total dividends above 200 NXT each weeks. I will see if i can invest more in daily paying asset like NEXTBOND or weekly one like Coinomat so we can get more stable dividends each week.

Dividends send for Week 35 ( 24/01/2015 - 30/01/2016 ) to 139 809 assets spread over 31 accounts :

Total dividends : 274.2703058 NXT (+0%)
Dividends per asset : 0.00196175 NXT (-1%)
Transaction ID : 10728861569386877904

I propose a choice to all SecFund's shareholders. Since a vast majority of the asset we hold ( the most paying one ) pay every month or every two weeks. It would be easier and better for me, and for the shareholders to receive dividends every month and not every week. But i want shareholders to decide so let's go, you have until next week to make a choice.

And i also let you to choose between NXT and BTC for the monthly dividends. In case you want to change since Bitcoin was created to be a store of value, not NXT.

Poll results regarding dividends payments :

_ 11 voters ( 10 on the NXT blockchain & 1 "offline" that wasn't able to vote directly on the system )
_ All voters vote for monthly dividends.
_ 9 voters vote for monthly dividends in NXT.
_ 2 voters vote for monthly dividends in BTC.

The 2 voters that vote for monthly dividends in BTC have a total weight of : 17 964.
The 9 voters that vote for monthly dividends in NXT have a total weight of : 13 518 online + 10 000 offline = 23 518.

Payments of dividends will be made every first of the month now and it will in NXT. So the next dividend payment will be the 1st March. Thanks to all voters !

PS : The account that vote offline is NXT-E9F3-TJG5-KEED-457U2
