Sorry, I cannot give away such information (a police report) on the internet just like that.
What I can do is making the investors and James the owners of the projects, transferring the domain and giving full access to the websites and scripts. I'll keep some shares for me.
I'll offer full assistance with the development too.

My CrashPlan hdd will arrive in ~5 days.

CoinGigs.com - 100% finished fully working
CryptoHire.com - 100% finished fully working
CoinExplorer.net - 99% finished
CoinBooking.net - 80% finished

Please let me know if we can make this work.

Chris

If what you said is true, then why not continue to work on your projects and make good. Sure, you are out some initial funds due to trusting the wrong person, but if you can make your websites profitable, then you'll start to earn money for yourself and shareholders and possibly superNET will consider taking you back into the fold once you prove yourself.

All those events proved me that I'm not the right person to be in charge and I might end up destroying it.
I need somebody who can make the right decisions for the project.

Chris.....if you start being completely open and honest with the community, we can move forward on this and figure out some solution that will benefit all of us.

If you indeed have any evidence at all of a police report for the theft, can you mail a copy to me? I'll keep the details comfidential, but we need to see more from you than just a post every few days. Mail addy is in my profile.

I'd also like to have a talk with you on Skype or telephone: can you PM/mail me some contact details?

Thanks for offering this, Dave!  There is no way that I personally would trust you again, Christian, without some sort of confirmation from a trusted a community member that they received proof of your claims.  It all looks too contrived and convenient from the perspective of someone outside of the events that you claim occurred.  Please don't take it personally - this is business.  I sincerely hope that your claims are true, that the police catch the bastard, and that your projects are successful.

As for me, I have lost faith and trust in the Coinevolve project.  It will take a lot to rebuild that for me.  Until then, I won't be rebuying the assets that I sold off for 1/6th of what I bought them for.

hmm.. surely to me this would look like requiring way more credentials- even anonymized ones can be good, because they can be internally consistent without giving away sensitive stuff.

Maybe Chris can collect some stuff and remove all sensitive info?

hmm.. wasn't it that someone checked the address (as in 'physically went there') and he hadn't even ever lived there?

That's what was said, but no proof that person went there and I don't have any personal faith in that particular individual because they're not very involved here.

Would you (we) want to change the name/brand? I suspect it's not necessary but may be a good idea simply because of the historical association with a the few hitches thusfar. Coinevolve is a good name, just too bad Chris wants to bail now..could still turn this around...anyway, tough luck.

Again, I have no stake in CoinEvolve, but this is a completely unsatisfactory solution.
Investors have been defrauded and need to know that the matter has been referred to the proper authorities. This not only reassures them, it demonstrates that you are above suspicion and are as much a victim as they are.
Without this, there is no proof that you have not sold the assets yourself and are now seeking to hand the project over to avoid repercussions but continue to capitalise on the remaining assets you hold.
None of this needs to be done publicly - obviously it would not be acceptable to dox your employee/friend. All it requires is to show one trusted forum member the relevant paperwork. EvilDave has offered. Job done and then you and your investors can figure out a way to move forwards.
Naturally if this is your friend then you may have decided you don't want to press charges. That's understandable but raises other issues.
Either way, I think more frequent updates would be appreciated by all.

Ookay, to that, but in ANY case, I would like to find out first, what really was going on !
Because in the future he will start new projects and we have to know, what C.S. is up to.
Why no police-report copy to trusted members ? You could black out sensitive information. And if you don`t trust our top members, how would you run the project anyway ?

I am not trying to solve this matter through the police. It can be very easy for me in that way taking into consideration that I have copy of his ID. He's only a stupid kid (21 Years old), who worked for me as a freelancer for almost a year. He is a good web developer, hard working guy. He always told me that BTC is going to change his life one day, because the value of the coin will be so big. Having the access to that many BTCs, who knows he did not resisted.
I'm not trying to ruin his life, just trying to solve this problem as passive as possible. I want to contact him first and scare him, maybe he'll come.
If I can't solve it, I'll sell my car and some other things to pay back the investors, or pass the project to James or an interested investor who might wanna take it.

It is very simple. Either you make investors whole from your pocket. OR you pursue the thief (if it wasn't indeed yourself).

Make it more easier here.
If Christian dont want to work on this, maybe he can just give us the project and we will make it working and running.
Assets will have value and maybe we will abble to add more website working with NXT to this group.

If he dont want to go to the police, let him do at least something for the community after this fiasco ?

We need to go forward (I've lost 80k NXT  ;D ) I dont want Christian leaving again for 1 week.

Chris, do you mind commenting on this post?

It's a little interesting there are two following accounts in Bitcointalk: "ChrisSommer" and "ChristianSommer". It seems that "ChrisSommer" is the same person "ChristianSommer"  here nxtforum.   "ChrisSommer" registered at bitcointalk on Aug. 10th, 2014, and "ChristianSommer" registered here on Sep. 4th, which are relatively new in this industry.

On the other hand, who is "ChristianSommer" at bitcointalk?

Chris, do you have any words?

P.S. I own those shit shares.

Ridiculous answer !

You`re "taking the piss" out of us ! ! !

Yeah, lets not destroy the life of this 21 year old boy, while he`s destroying the life of numerous investors . . .  ???
What a story ! !
Oh, and yes: stay "as passive as possible", that really helps . . .

(Yes, please, "sell your car and some other things to pay back the investors" ! )

damn !

I have already offered this. I have half a million evolve assets for bounties to whomever will do the CoinRenew websites
This is 35% of evolve + evolve2, we can do a 1.4:1 swap for the rest. Want to get to 1 million total assets.

the cbooking is contaminated as Chris still has a bunch of these assets, so the swap would only be for the evolve

We saw the market price of ~2.5 so the half million assets would be worth around 1 million NXT. That is pretty good bounty, though it is a bit speculative

just need a webdev

James

I think someone want to do the CoinRenew websites, I don't hope he is Chris

Chris, I think you have opportunity here to do right by the Nxt community and your investors:  hand over the source code.  Hand over the reins of your projects.  Work alongside some of the established devs in the community.  Over time, you will restore the community's confidence in you.
