Is it confirmed that Lee has abandoned all his assets? Did he ever say that, or is he still planning something that most asset holders rejected, hence the refunds?

(nevertheless, thank you and damelon for your great work, you made the refunds possible, lee only handed the funds over to you more or less by accident, in anger, as i remember, and soon after that, he regreted it. )
