The assetholders will not have a say in the decisions of the business. As a reward for investing in the crowdfunding assetholders will receive monthly dividend according to a percentage of the profit.

I use the core dividend payment function of Nxt.

That is also why I am going to keep the assets in my business account and don't send them back to the Escrow account of Nxtinspect. I asked Nxtinspect if this was ok. The advantage is that I can send dividend quicker and don't have to wait for them to send them back each month.

Message for assetholders:

Originally 135000 assets where issued for FARLAWEB. 3375 assets where paid to NXTinspect for the advice in the launch. NxtInspect has stopped and they gave away FARLAWEB assets as dividend to NXTInspect assetholders (14273984620270850703). I will be buying back 3375 assets for the original price of 10 NXT to straighten out asset-distribution.

Don't know. You have to search their topics. It was not my idea, they had a lot FARLAWEB assets and gave them away as dividend. Sorry can't help.

That's not the agreement. The assetholders get together 5% of the profit. If there is not profit, no divs. Believe me I am not scamming.
