Sorry guys for the bad communication: I was called to a suddne businesstrip. I will try to payout the dividend today. No worries for the funds, they are safe and I will soon make a new auditing with damelon.

It's ok. But these things should be communicated. A short message to let investors know what's going in takes no longer than a toilet break.

Nothing is wrong. I will be back at home in a few days from the businesstrip. My hotel has very shitty internet and I dislike logging into sensitive accounts from non-secure lines.

Will update the spreadsheet now.

Also once I am home I will contact damelon and we will do the second auditing.

I don't use Flash return rates. But even the Fixed return rates are down big time, due to the uncertainty in the markets.

How can you get higher rates than FRR is there's already people often offering loans for less than the FRR?

What do you mean? There are often sell (lend) offers even under the FRR, how do you expect to get much than the FRR? Nobody would accept those offers.

What do you mean? There are often sell (lend) offers even under the FRR, how do you expect to get much than the FRR? Nobody would accept those offers.

Atm I am extremely close to the FRR. But once the loans are pretty volatile, there is quite a big spread between FRR and Fixed loans.
