We stopped selling assets for the moment. We may accept more investments if we feel we need more liquidity in the future.

It was a bit hard for new investors when you announced that you were stopping to sell assets because there were no notice. I understand you don't have to, but it would have been nice to have a small 24h window for people that were hesitating.

We have smooth days, number of orders are very law, and we are working on new projects and improvements.

Dear Asset Holders,

As we informed before we planned to install a full exchange software, we had placed this projects in freelancer.com and also a local one parscoders.com also we have searched the net about any software can served that.

After checking all these solutions we have enough information to take a decision.

Our decision is this:

A centralized exchange is an obsolete idea! 
We find that investing on a centralized exchange is very risky both from the point from hackers and from government point of view.

So we changed our plan from an exchange to a gateway!

What is that mean?

It means that our new plan is that to be only a gateway from local fiat currency to a pegged fiat crypto currency that can be exchanged to any crypto and vice versa.

The detail is as below:

-We plan to issue a pegged fiat currency like BitIRR it can be issued in NXT Aseet exchange or Bitshare or most probably Ethereum.
-We will be only a gateway from Fiat to this BitIRR or whatever name and vise versa and may give that option to some re-sellers as well.
-We will prepair documentation and translated information for how to exchange this pegged currency to BTC, LTC and other cryptocurrencies, we are in discussion with some exchanges to add our required pairs in their markets.

So in this case we will reduce a lot of risk and point of failures.

We had some studies on Bitshare and find it hard to cooperate with them:

So now we are playing and studying Ethereum, and found it a lot better and simpler for our target.

We have https://etherex.org/ an open source decentralized exchange which is in alpha stage.

We can simply add our own pegged cryptocurrency in it and that's it! Anybody can exchange That crypto with any currency.

So our recent plan is to deepen our study on Ethereum and integrate our website with it, to act as a simple gateway with it.

We estimate that in this case we should handle a lot more transaction daily than what we have now. But with smaller benefits like 0.5% for withdraws and even less for deposits. That overall we estimate that our total benefit will grow a lot more.

Just wanted to share this with the community and receive any possible feedbacks about our new plan.

We had a bad deal last week! According to a miscalculation and accepting a bad deal we loosed about 3000 CNY in just one deal! So the result of last week was very low but it's still positive. We hope that we can show better reports soon because of growth in BTC price and more request for deals recently.
