20K valuation is 0.17 per share for the WHOLE 5M shares.

Based on what she says she earns sure. Maybe $25,000 tops, but, now I am finding it difficult to trust sales figures too.

I don't blame you. If true, these findings basically infer fraud.

Guys, I suspect Heather has stopped viewing this thread.  I wouldn't expect a response from her.  I'd like to think ACH is working on a different communication avenue for their investors.

Hey heather

i've been doing some inspecting and I have seen some weird stuff. Maybe you can explain, and also maybe the other people in this thread can help?

http://www.nxtreporting.com/?ac=NXT-V9ND-E489-AXUL-5HH5Q is your main account. holds 4.12M shares.
From that account there are outgoing transactions totally 737584NXT

Those transactions go mostly to two accounts.
NXT-H323-AXWV-SKFZ-DSVB2
which appears to be your Bter deposit address. I just sent 1.23456789NXT to it, we'll see where it goes. I suspect it will go to NXT-LVKY-Q9KY-5Q2Z-AV9JA, which is labeled as Bterhot but maybe the amount is too low.
 NXT-L7EX-CN4P-FFXB-72VMP
which appears to be your mixing account. if anyone looks here http://www.nxtreporting.com/?a=NXT-L7EX-CN4P-FFXB-72VMP&c=USD you can see all kinds of pass through payments a short while after, but not the exact same, so its not a simple deposit bot.
Then these funds from 72VMP go to NXT-FZX8-TG5C-65HL-59J5VNXT-XBSR-PC7M-N2P5-72YR7,  and NXT-TC9P-MUDA-BMSZ-6Q5XT along with that same Bter deposit address.

Here is the wierd part.
NXT-FZX8-TG5C-65HL-59J5V  http://www.nxtreporting.com/?a=NXT-FZX8-TG5C-65HL-59J5V&c=USD has taken the 145k nxt sent to it from 5HH5Q and 72VMP and bought 142K shares in ACH.

Same with NXT-XBSR-PC7M-N2P5-72YR7 http://www.nxtreporting.com/?a=NXT-XBSR-PC7M-N2P5-72YR7&c=USD , received a lot of NXT from 5HH5Q and 72VMP and bought 147'414 shares in ACH.

Theres a few stray ones that go to NXT-TC9P-MUDA-BMSZ-6Q5XT but it only has bought 890 shares, so it almost doesnt matter at this point.
 http://www.nxtreporting.com/?a=NXT-TC9P-MUDA-BMSZ-6Q5XT&c=USD

TLDR AND confusing? Did you sent NXT payments to a mixer and onto otherwise empty accounts to purchase 300,000 shares in your asset?
It sure looks this way.

I made a spread sheet if it helps people see.   https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1whEylR0buEZ72M8N0quPjQ5Cu_7rhWXzPcy1UgUPvaY/edit#gid=0
Please can we get some comments here?

After cogitating on this data a bit, I'd like to offer my own conjecture: ACH paid out salary to some of their employees.  Those employees took their personal salary, and purchased shares in ACH.

I'm sure this happens with other businesses on the NXT AE.

PS  I'm very curious as to what set off this attack on Altcoin Herald.  They've been set upon in the past couple weeks.  It's like some members of the community are holding a grudge against them.  Could it be because they are a competitor to SuperNET News, since they are one of two cryptomedia outlet businesses on the NXT AE?  I certainly hope this isn't some form of corporate sabotage or a personal vendetta by influential individuals...That gives NXT AE a bad rep, and pushes new business away.

Skky that is a good thought, but the accounts are not so straight forwards.

5HH5Q is the Main Acct. We'll call it A
A couple the payments go from A to B or C, but most of the time they go from A to M, the Mixer, then onto B, C, or Bter.
Sometimes deposits go from B and C to the same Bter deposit account.

59J5V is the account called B
Look at the payments sent to http://www.nxtreporting.com/?a=NXT-FZX8-TG5C-65HL-59J5V&c=USD
70k in the last week of September over 10-12 payments,
70k in the first week of October, over 10-12 payments,
and then 10/11 the payments go from round numbers, to weird numbers with many decimals, both in the sending and the receiving.
For one more week, then once the ~150k is there, the payments stop.

72YR7  is the Blue Machine named account lets call it C
it follows the same patterns. Exactly. Differing amounts, but same weeks of activity.

IF THIS is employee payment, it sure is a sketchy way to do it.

Questioning "agendas" when i point out accounting irregularities is head in the sand behavior.
Just like with funbot.
I for one don't have any shares or belief in SNN at this point.
I see that the ach website does work daily . I just also see a lot of shady maneuvering.
Also the earlier reference to Heather not checking this thread anymore? Why not? This is her Ann thread. This is her JOB to follow up.
Or is that another agenda based assumption?

In my case, my head isn't in the sand toward ACH nor toward NXTinspect nor toward any other individuals or companies involved in the inquisition of ACH. To not question the agenda against ACH would be "putting my head in the sand" (to use your words) towards those who are on a crusade against ACH. It's all seeming very...abnormal to me.

PS after everything with FunBot this week, it turns out my intuition on him was correct: he was a good guy put into shit circumstances and he made his investors whole. That's more than has happened with the other assets that went sour on here. I question FunBot's ability to choose business partners, but I do not question his intent toward the community.

PS I've made no assumptions, only bringing to light some counterpoints, Jef. Since this thread was filling with a single viewpoint, I figured it would be best to post a counterbalance so that people can get a well-rounded view of the scenario, and make investing decisions based on critical thinking on a comprehensive dataset.

PPS If I was in Heather's shoes, I'd be reluctant to participate in this thread anymore. I would feel like I'm being "driven out of town" by certain elements. I see the activity here as being the virtual equivalent of entering somebody's store and starting to call them thieves, liars, etc, before all of their customers. No ettiquete.

I would as well.  I don't know if that's going to happen here.  It might be best to watch AltcoinHerald itself.  They have their own forums and own means of communicating to the public.

If it doesn't happen here, then I think this thread should be re-titled scam.

Or just lock the thread.  I personally don't think ACH's offering is a scam.  And they're trading well on Polo.  I'm pretty sure they have farther reaching ties to the community than just here.  It might look bad if we label it a scam without concrete evidence that ACH has taken the money and ran with it.  They've paid out one round of dividends, and I would be very surprised if they didn't continue to pay - especially with the new investors that they're acquiring through Polo.

re head in sand. I never meant your head directly. I meant the community.
My gut reaction and posts re FunBot, was that he was a mostly good guy and things went bad. He redeemed himself but the tone was always sketchy. The price changes, the sorry goodbye, all sketchy. And then look what happened. Redeeming a disaster does not absolve the issuer.

MY POINT > is the community's head is in the sand REGARDING these tell tale signs.
Dont communicate in your own thread . RED FLAG
Move funds from one account to a mixer to two more that then buy YOUR asset . RED FLAG

If you dont want to see these and prefer to think that others 'have agendas' for pointing out RED FLAGS then at least you should do your own due diligence and ask Heather yourself.

I'll gladly bring all these facts to the altcoin herald forums, and I am still wishing that it turns out. I would like nothing more than to give her a glowing review and help her repair this, IF these transactions are proven legitimate.
