Why did you even bother to make a thread on this ? I really dont see why you would need to publicize this, unless you are the issuer.
This would be the only job the asset issuer has to do.
Perhaps, assets like this are clear attempt to part users from their coins.
If there is nothing in the forum about the asset then there is no way for you to say it is a scam. Unless of course you start your own thread

I do not know how you operate, but when I receive a strange asset or a unexpected payment I try and work out why. I search the forum. When there is nothing in the forum I start a thread to save others the time duplicating the same work. Instead we can move on to the 'is it a scam and why' conversation. So when others do their research they can make better decisions.
The only extra work is responding to you

There seem to be legit reasons why someone would not start their own thread, language/communication skills and a desire to avoid conflict being two. They do not make the asset a scam, they do make it more likely to be a scam however.
When some one has checked out the website registrations and watched the raffle account to see if it is paying out, then we may be able to say it is a scam.
Although I think it is quite clear I do not represent RAFFLE, to avoid any doubt, I state here that I have no connection to RAFFLE.
