It exclude it since only the issuer can send it.

Thanks got my payment, even if its small, i see that you are very organized in the payouts.

I will invest more later to get bigger interest. I dont want to get rich quick ,but I see that it is a long term savings plan

PS: The transaction shows 0 NXT, but I still got the dividend, so it must be an NXT client bug or something, but the money is paid, so its ok.

I will have to reduce the periodicity between payouts if no more investments come soon, the monthly and yearly interest will be the same, it's just that they will be paid out less frequently and a bigger %.

For example 0.25% for 2 days, instead 0.50% for 4 days or 1% for 8 days, and so on.

I will reduce the payout to once per week on Sundays, until more capital accumulates. So that we can payout at every interest accumulation period. This will mean an interest rate of 0.875 % for 7 days.

The yearly/monthly interest rate is the same essentially, it's just the periodicity that changes.

Interest payment today in a couple of minutes. We are making huge profits on the monero market, I made 30% in just 1 day, so it's very easy to sustain our current payouts.

I am raising the interest rate to 1% / 7 days, which is a 68% APR or 4.41% monthly.

I am averaging 20-50% monthly profit, so the 4.4% payout for this asset is a no brainer, the rest I keep as a volatility insurance and as my profit.

If this keeps up, i will increase the interest rate further, but for now this is the safe level according to my calculations.

Here is a summary:

Old Capital: 0.0969 BTC
New Investment: 700 NXT ~ 0.016 BTC
New Capital: 0.1131 BTC

So now I am going to distribute the new investments into the investment portfolio and generate the % interest on that.

I have made good profits with Monero and other altcoin investments a few weeks ago, so it will be easy money. If this continues, I might raise the interest rate further, but I have to make sure first that those new levels will be sustainable.

I am on vacation now so I have a lot more spare time to manage the fund, and we were making quite nice returns lately. We are averaging at 9.8% monthly now, and we have been making big profits especially from the altcoin investment/ trade side of the business.

Don't be mad at me for only paying out 4.4% whereas we were making 9.8%, the rest of it is used as an insurance if we make less in the next month, so the 4.4% is guaranteed no matter what, after all this is a savings fund not a speculative fund. (And about 1% I keep as commission for myself)

Various altcoins have had huge increases including BURST, Hitcoin (HTC) and AMBER, we had invested in all of them, and all of them were succesful amongst many others. I have made more than 500 trades last month aside from this one so it was a busy month.

The 9.8% can be sustained now easily with my refined strategy that I am constantly improving so, it makes sense to increase the interest rates too, I have been thinking to increase it to 5%, and I will, but first I need to wait the results from some trades I took, to see if it will be sustainable.

So since I have a lot of spare time, I will post some trades here in the next couple of days, and look for your opinions on them.

And many more are still in trade. Yes sometimes there is a loser, but overall we end up in profits. But since I take a small % of the account in a trade, it takes many trades to grow the balance to guarantee the monthly interest.
