I'd sent the dividend funds to the account a week back and I have made atleast 15 attempts since then to send the funds via secureAE

It's ok. I'm patient. I'm not sure on other options, I haven't ever send out dividends, but I use the Jay wallet pretty frequently, not sure if there is dividend option.

What's the holdup with the dividends?
Just use the standalone client to pay them.

These kind of holdups are really not helping to gain back the trust of your investors.
These things should be handled asap, and shouldn't be delayed for weeks...

I completely agree, this is not good even if it the hold ups are genuine, up dates and communication are highly important as well.

Am sorry.
I have been incredibly distracted with a lot of other things going on (expansion, allegations, irl matters).
Communication is indeed a short coming from my side and I owe up to it.

As stated earlier, the divs are in the wallet but secureae keeps showing the "submitting" message for 20 minutes straight and nothing happens. I tried sending it from the client itself, but it says can't send in fractions so that doesn't go through either.

I'll be sending in this month's divs too to the wallet in around a week, but I am yet to find a way to process these divs.
In case any of you can help me send the divs, I'd sincerely appreciate it.
I always send it via secureae, but the platform hasn't worked for me in the last 3 weeks.

If you can post an alternate solution, I'll use it right away and send it within the day.

Sorry, I already checked my client and I'm not sure how to do it. I know coinomat could, though. Probably worth finding an asset issuer who regularly pays divs and asking.

Recently we have been paid dividends for assets in Freebieservers, I would like a complete breakdown of what I have been paid, what periods I have been paid for and how much pecentage of what profits I have been paid because we have not received payment of dividends for at least 4 months by my reckoning and to just dump out a none descriptive payment is not clear or transparent.

Hey Dolux

Part of the reason why you haven't had divs come is the low amount. If am not wrong, I've directly sent you divs in two cases where you bought it to my notice. I haven't missed four months of divs. I'd skipped one, delayed one (and sent it) - and am soon to send this months too. That said, yes, I'll account total divs sent and issue a company report on the six month's time frame so stake holders know what's up.
Also, I tried messaging you on slack, but couldn't find you. Please ping me whenever possible.
