Thanks for your explanation.

If my calculations are right based on last week's ltcgear payouts your 65% per LTCshare in NXT is going to be around .2 NXT per LTCshare.  8)

Litecoin mining is going through some growing pains right now, officially with hardware ltc mining you should be expecting to earn .0004/Mhs/Day excluding hosting, network, hardware etc

In Litecoin world, each Mh/s is not equal, looking at hardware ltc profitability should be your GPS.

Gawminers is offering synthetic hashlets and its designed to offer better payouts based on higher purchase price, note that even each hashlet on gawminers doesn't offer similar payout.

You sound like an educated man, some senior members have already given you good advice for your own benefit.

Take a break, enjoy your first day's success on NXT AE.

Tomorrow reformulate your whole payout plan, try shooting for 50 week roi and that would be exceptional  ;D

Well, actually, I am going by the reported payout from last week:

Total: 0.02303218 LTC / 7 days / 1 ASIC Share (0.1 MH/s)

so an estimation would be (0.023 LTC/Week/share) * (0.0107 LTC/BTC) / (0.00008 NXT/BTC) which would actually result in 3.08 NXT/share/week, but since I am reinvesting 35% into hashpower, that decreases the weekly dividend to about 2 NXT per share.

Of course, this is all based on what happened last week, so can't guarantee the same thing for next week.

Ok everyone, after talking with some members of the community it looks like there are 2 options:

1) Stop selling LTCshares1 and swap all sold shares for LTCshares, and go back to the original plan of a 1 GH/s cloud mining operation.

2) Open another LTCshares Asset, and swap both LTCshares and LTCshares1 assets to the new asset, with 2 GH/s of mining power and 20,000 total shares

For the time being, I will pull all sell orders of both assets, and wait to hear back from investors. Please post comments here letting me know which option you would prefer.

Thanks, and sorry for all the confusion.

EDIT: there are 3 options actually

3) Keep everything the same with LTCshares and LTCshares1 which will make it less work for me and won't make any difference for payouts or ROI for investors :)

I'm fine with both, I do personally prefer number 1 for time being, at least after all shares sold, and after u earned trust from investors. Then u can proceed with another assets.

The best I can do for verification is screen shots from the accounts - http://imgur.com/VJvgnge,aUvImFA#0

600 MH/s  and 1500 MH/s. Tomorrow the entire 2000 MH/s will be on a single account dedicated to LTCshares and LTCshares1.  The week's earnings summary and dividend payment will be posted each Sunday or Monday.
This is not an interface for the cloud hosting provider that you mentioned using that I have ever been aware of existing...

ahh, those are hashlets.

I'll be speaking with Zack today via skype. He's agreed to do a screen share with me so the 2gH of hashing power can be verified. I'll post an update.

Ok, thanks. I just thought it would be really cool to have a monster 2 GH/s mining asset :)  But 1 GH/s is nice too. Will wait to hear some more feedback before I do anything

...since the two assets are exactly the same.

No they are not. LTCShares1 did not have the share at 25Nxt each. So at the moment, from the current selling of the asset issuer, LTCShares1 will be worth a little bit more at the end of the IPO (in Nxt). In LTCShares1, you should put some of the share at 65 Nxt to 40 Nxt so that LTCShares and LTCShares1 have the same total value in Nxt at the end of the IPO. Since you have now introduce a second asset, you may find some difficulty in changing the price of the share in the future. Please keep a correct comtability so that LTCShares and LTCShares1 worth the same. And keep us inform, the shareholders, of the logic and comtability behind any changement in Nxt price of the shares.

Just my two cents.
Thank you.

EDIT: And if at any moment you do not own 50%+1 of the shares, it would be nice to have a vote before making any big changement in the business that would affect the investment strategy of the shareholders. You "play" with real money and we wish that you take good care of our money.  :D

Thanks for the input, that is a good idea I hadn't thought about the total value of each asset. And you're right, in the future I'll ask for a vote before making changes.

I've just ended a Skype conversation with Zack where he proved his identity with multiple forms of identification, driver's license, credit cards etc. He also demonstrated via sceen share that he currently holds 15000 ASIC shares on LTCgear.com, as well as 600mH of hashing power on ZenCloud. I watched him login to his LTCgear account and watched him navigate through his ZenCloud account. These holdings total a shade over 2gH of hashing power. Zack has made every effort to prove that he is a sincere and reliable asset issuer.

Once the current share situation is resolved I know BOOST will be investing in LTCshares.

Cheers,

Just since Saturday. Good for a year before having to renew.

Thanks for mentioning by the way - Everyone, in a year, we'll have to renew the shares for a moderate fee.  I'll find out how much that will cost and plan it into the budget.

This cost should be sbtract from the profit each week before splitting to dividends/reinvestment. This must be amortize over the year.

Unless I hear any strong objections, I'll create ANOTHER asset and I will begin sending out messages to all asset holders of LTCshares and LTCshares1 and start converting to the new asset.  Everyone ok with this?

I think the argument for having one business is compelling: better market for the asset, clearer understanding of where the NXT goes (less opportunity for  arguments), less work to run. Based on that options 1 or 2.

The income per asset for asset holders is going to be similar for either 1 or 2. The extra Market size of 2 may be a benefit.
A 2GH operation is worth more to the NXT community (its buying twice as much NXT and so creates twice as much market depth on the buy side for NXT).

So I go for option 2.

I'm currently working on a dividends+ module that aims to simplify the exchanging of one asset for another. Maybe you don't have enough shareholders to make it essential but I'm hoping to have it ready to swap TOKEN for SuperNET on Thursday.
