It will only ever be sent from the account in my sig, the one which issues KPS shares.
KPS owns the computing equipment this is being done on. Therefore all profits from this endeavor will go to KPS shareholders.

account control is the ability to set a secondary password for fund transfer and bunch of other stuff. not implemented yet.

still wouldn't trust this sort of business though, unless the account bought is used for limited funds transactions. so good luck with the trust issue.

I don't understand what you mean. Super-short numeric account numbers should be very valuable.

Regarding the trust issues, yep, as explained earlier we have those bases covered. There will come a time when KPS has paid out more than it has ever taken in via share sales. At that point the trust issues disappear.

1) you can't even use numerical account numbers in NRS anymore
2) anyone with basic understanding how account number generation works in Nxt should realize that the risk by using this service is too high - you own passwords to all the accounts and can't reliably prove destruction of them
3) the tools for account number generation are open source and accesible on this forum

Conclusion - I don't understand this service and why would anyone use it. Actually it seems too fishy and you are now seen as potential scammer for me, sorry.
Also, why this is in the Alias marketplace section of the forum?

The numeric format is supported in the API indefinitely. Only Wesley's client restricts the users to RS format only. But the exchanges should still switch because the users need to know the new RS format accounts to be able to enter them in the client.

I'm not sure what you mean, I am aware of the trust issues and I've accounted for them. We don't keep any information regarding the accounts we sell, that's our policy. It is as if you generated them yourself.

I'm not sure what you mean, i've already covered the trust issue. But if account numbers can't even be used that would certainly ruin my plans :<

only people using API can use numeric numbers.
this is like the places where you had to send your NXT to them for pooling of forging
just a bad idea
through not fault of your own, the passwords could be compromised and so these short numbers would only be good for accts with nothing in them

I'm not sure where you're getting this info, just a few months ago Jean-Luc said that numeric IDs would be supported by the client indefinately. When did this change?
Second issue, how can the passwords be compromised? A numeric ID is like an alias for a NRS number, isn't it? I don't see how the password could be compromised.

I'm getting the feeling that I don't have all the information here. I'll look into it some more...

EDIT: Ok I see, it looks like it's just that Wesley's client doesn't support the numeric IDs, and not that there is some kind of basic security issue apart from the obvious trust issue.

But. After some research it seems both numeric and RS style addresses may be deprecated soon. So looks like this business model is going to be a dud. :/

it is because people keep sending nxt to the wrong account via typos.with rs formats, it can detect minor typos therefor more typo-safe.

Well for example STSH might want to have a vanity account like NXT-STSH-WSC2-2JKD-EDTSU, or JL777 might want to have a vanity account like NXT-....-....-....-JL777.

But it looks like Aliases are the real game here, short account IDs aren't really that interesting.

I guess typing in all these flashcards is starting to make me a little nuts. I'll close this down now
